Greg Hay
Greg holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School at Heriot-Watt University, as well as an MSc in Cybersecurity, awarded Summa Cum Laude, from EC-Council University. With more than 29 years of experience, he has led enterprise IT strategy, digital transformation, cloud architecture, and cybersecurity initiatives across retail and wholesale operations. Greg is the person you call when you need to understand what is really going wrong — and, more importantly, how to fix it.
Michelle Hay
Michelle is the author of the Agent 5 Mysteries series, a collection of children’s adventure stories, as well as The House on Dunehaven Lane, The Lantern in the Valley, The Breakmaker’s Daughter, and Liora’s Legacy. She is also a part-time photographer and devoted mom to Hope. At Hayshack Enterprises, Michelle oversees the administrative side of the business, bringing creative energy and vision that perfectly balance Greg’s technical precision.
