Our Story

At Hayshack Enterprises, everything we do begins with family, creativity, and a passion for building things that last.

Founded by Greg and Michelle Hay, Hayshack Enterprises brings together decades of experience in technology, cybersecurity, digital transformation, storytelling, and creative media. What started as a shared vision between two very different but deeply complementary minds has grown into a company built on innovation, integrity, imagination, and practical problem-solving.

Greg brings more than 29 years of enterprise IT leadership experience across retail and wholesale operations, with expertise in cybersecurity, cloud architecture, enterprise strategy, SAP environments, infrastructure modernisation, and digital transformation. Over the course of his career, he has led major initiatives including cloud migrations, Office 365 transformations, security modernisation programmes, infrastructure standardisation, and large-scale operational technology projects.

Holding an MBA from Edinburgh Business School at Heriot-Watt University and an MSc in Cybersecurity (Summa Cum Laude) from EC-Council University, Greg combines strategic business leadership with deep technical expertise. He is the calm, analytical force behind Hayshack Enterprises — the person you call when systems fail, complexity grows, or you need to understand what is really going wrong and how to fix it.

Michelle brings the creative heartbeat to Hayshack Enterprises. Before becoming a published author and photographer, she spent more than a decade in the music industry, working with artists from tours to distribution. That experience shaped her understanding of creativity, collaboration, and the importance of bringing ideas to life in ways that genuinely connect with people.

Today, Michelle is the author of the Agent 5 Mysteries children’s adventure series, along with several other novels that reflect her love for imagination, storytelling, and meaningful characters. Alongside her creative work, she oversees the administrative side of the business, bringing warmth, creativity, and vision that perfectly balance Greg’s technical precision.

And at the centre of it all is Hope — our honorary Chief Imagination Officer — who reminds us every day why we do what we do. She inspires the values that shape our company: curiosity, resilience, creativity, kindness, and the importance of building a future that matters.
